All communication from StartupJobs towards startups is directed to contact e-mail, which you have entered into your profile. Please keep this e-mail current.
All offers are manually approved by StartupJobs team. StartupJobs reserves the right to edit offers, namely deleting external links and contacts in offers and editing job fields and workload to provide the candidates with the best match with the offered job.
The offers are standardly approved within the following work day.

The job offer is valid for 30 days, and the price is set in the price list.
Please follow the rules while creating job offers:
You can set up automatical renewal for your offer - your offer will be automatically renewed after expiration. The notice about automatic renewal is sent to contact email address. After the automatical renewal we will send you an invoice with 14 days due date. The price for automatic renewal of your offer is the same as for opening/renewing other offers. You can change automatic renewal back to manual renewal anytime you want to.
In case you have less than three candidates in total (that means since the offer has been created) for your paid offer, and you follow all the StartupJobs rules you are entitled to guarantee of satisfaction, we will refund the amount of credits equal to Basic offer to your profile. These credits can be used for another StartupJobs services. This compensation is unclaimable, and you need to write to Tereza (within ten days of the expiration of the offer) to get them. Only offers which met the requirements for the cashback system can apply the guarantee. It is necessary to ask for the credits 10 days after the offer expires at the latest.
If you hesitate, how to write an attractive offer, you can order copywriting for your text. All we need is filled questionnaire (which we will send you) and the original text of the offer (or job description).
The new text is written in Czech (unless another language is agreed) and is sent to contact e-mail within three work days.

During HotJob campaign the offer is listed on the top of relevant job offer categories and highlighted with HOT label and is sent in a personalised newsletter. For HOT Offers are also created PPC campaigns on Facebook.
If you want to use your pictures for PPC campaigns, please send them to Tereza in required size (for campaigns 1080x1080 px) in a moment of ordering promotion at the latest.
In case the offer expires earlier than the HotJob promotion, it is necessary to reopen your offer for one month; otherwise, the HotJob is closed without compensation. It is not possible to transfer HotJob from one offer to another.
You can also set the automatical renewal for your HotJobs - your HotJob will be automatically renewed after expiration. The notice about automatic renewal is sent to contact email address.
After the automatical renewal we will send you an invoice with 14 days due dates. The price for automatic renewal of HotJob is the same as for opening/renewing other HotJob. You can change automatic renewal back to manual renewal anytime you want to.
Please note, that automatical renewal of offer is not the same as an automatical renewal of HotJob and it is necessary to switch it on (or off) separately. In case the automatically renewed HotJob expires later then offer on its own, the automatical renewal of HotJob is cancelled.

You can set up the budget for your PPC campaigns (3000 CZK as a minimum). The budget is divided into Google Adwords and Facebook campaigns unless otherwise agreed. In case the customer wants to use only one of these channels, please let us know before the campaigns are started.
If you want to use your pictures for PPC campaigns and Facebook posts, please send them to Tereza in required size (1080x1080 px) in a moment of ordering promotion.
The results of campaigns are sent to customer upon request.
All orders and invoices could be cancelled within 24 hours at the latest.
The standard invoice due date (proforma, classic) is 14 days.
Orders could be paid by card or by invoice. The invoice could be paid by card or by bank transfer.
After the automatical renewal we will send you a proforma invoice with 14 days due date, and as soon as we receive your payment, we will create a classic invoice. If you don’t want to receive proforma invoices, let us know, and we will send only classic invoices.
If we have a positive experience with your company, we approve offers immediately after opening your offers (we don’t wait for the payment). In case we register invoices more than 20 days overdue, we take the following measures:
You can also buy credit package and use the credits for payment. 1 credit = 1 CZK for StartupJobs services. The validity of credits is one year from purchase. The purchased credits are non-returnable.
Our definition of a startup is: the company, which was established no longer than 10 years ago, has less than 500 employees and does technological or e-commerce business.
The company’s profile is published at the moment of opening the first offer. All company’s profiles are approved by StartupJobs. StartupJobs reserves the right to allow the use of services even to companies which are not fulfilling StartupJobs’s definition of startup and also not allow the use of services to companies, which can harm the StartupJobs brand.
It is not allowed to use StartupJobs services for personnel agencies, headhunters etc. - the companies can search for candidates only for subject advertising.
It is not allowed for companies to respond to offers from other companies. If the rule is violated, the profile of the company is blocked and deactivated.
StartupJobs.com s.r.o. reserves the rights to amend these rules anytime, even without giving any reason.
